Matching up CPU with Motherboard

Trying to matchup CPU Athlon 64 X2 DC 3800+ 2.0GHz, 1MB L2 Cache, 2GHz FSB, PIB with MSI K9MM-V Motherboard, will these work together?

If that's the board, it does AM2 cpus. Is that 3800+ AM2?
