Install Win XP Pro Upgradw w/o OS disc

I admit I'm lazy which is why I don't feel like looking thru 89,047 posts to find an answer. I had to do clean install of Win XP Pro on an older PC. My CDs for Win98, Win95, Win 3.11 are long gone. Am I royally screwed since the copy of XP is the upgrade version, which requires the old OS cd first??

XP home cd will do and they are everywhere. Doesn't have to be yours.
