Alright next build happening mid next month. Yes it's dual core but i like AMD and am not confident with their quad-core at the moment so i will wait for the second batch before going quad-core. I might not buy the CPU just because of the plan to buy quad-core in the future and i already have an AM2 CPU.

Anything you guys think I should double check or maybe get something else? I'm pretty sure everything is compatible, but hey mistakes happen.

The PSU you chose is great in the looks department but it is only backed by a 3 years parts and 1 year labor warranty.  I would look at the SeaSonic M12 SS-700HM.  SeaSonic makes some nice PSUs and this one backed by a 5 year parts and 5 year labor warranty. It costs $10 more but has free shipping.

 SeaSonic M12 SS-700HM $179.99 + FREE SHIPPING

Also consider a 4 GB kit (2x2gb) for easy upgrade to 8 GB.
 OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail $120.99 + free shipping

Timings not as tight 4-4-4-15 VS. 3-4-4-15. Not sure about OCing.
