For some reason i have not been able to find a E8500 anywhere.  This is annoying and sad So my questions is What is a good sub besides that chip? i plan on putting this in a 780I evga board that i have already own (for gaming) What is the best CPU besides the e8500? or link where they actually have it for 310 bucks the Most.

Yeah, your limiting factor for Crysis would be your GPU. The E3110/E8400 overclocks to 3.6-4.0 GHz pretty easily with a decent CPU fan and motherboard.
