If you have the network icon showing in the system tray, right-click it.

Click "Status"
Click "Properties"
The General tab will be showing, and in the list is Client services for Netware,
click it one time to highlight it.
Click Uninstall button
click OK
It's gone but can be put back using the Add button.
Go to Control Panel > User Accounts
Under "Pick a Task" > "Change the way users log on or off," you can now enable fast user switching and the Welcome screen if you so desire.

If you don't have the network icon showing in the system tray:

Start > settings> control Panel > Network Connections
Right-click on your network connection is use.
Select Properties,
The General tab will be showing, and in the list is Client services for Netware,
click it one time to highlight it.
Click Uninstall button
click OK
It's gone but can be put back using the Add button
Under "Pick a Task" > "Change the way users log on or off," you can now enable fast user switching and the Welcome screen if you so desire.
