guide me to rams

im planning to OC my proc.
1. is it a must to oc the ram as well
2.will changing the ram settings from 4-4-4-11-15 to other settings cause any problems?
3.if i want to oc the proc, must i change the fsb:dram ratio?
im using an OEM samsung ram(not a performance ram)

What is all of your parts that you have in your system? We can't help you much without the proper bit of information. We would be guessing at what you have.
