MOBO with 1394 for editing and animation ASAP Please

I need A MOBO for new system for animation mostly 2D and some video edit.

I understood that the Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3 line is being replaced [??] by

GIGABYTE GA-EP35C-DS3R LGA . [without 1394].

CAN you please reccomend a MOBO that will fit the bill of 1200 for the system

the CPU may be Q9300. Thanks
