That is a freaking steal for a 4MB cache Conroe. Should I spring for it or wait on Wolfdales (X3110 or E8400)?

Anyone have experience OCing Xeon 30XXs?

I would not recommend it. Open box = product that someone else RMAed, briefly tested by seller, and put back on shelf at a discount. It may power on, but you don't know what kind of issue it had. The first buyer RMAed it for a reason.
