hi, one of my friends computer modem keeps on disconnecting him every 5 minutes upon connection, its a 56k dial up. Tried by changing ISP but no avail, any suggestions? thanks!
btw the modem is a ZOOM V90 PCI

I'd try another modem.

have you tried any init strings for the modem?
