I've got hold of a bright, shiny Sony Clie TH55. I'd like to add some
custom sounds to it (for alarms).
Are there any utils (XP or MacOSX) that would allow me to take an mp3 or
..WAV and convert it into a PalmOS Sound format file? I'd like freeware
if possible, but shareware would be ok as well.
Sorry if this has been done to death.

There is a tool that comes with the Palm sound driver that converts a very
restricted range of wave files into prc's. Look for sound driver under
freewarepalm.com
Having said that, it might be of use only for older egneration Palmtops.
