800Mhz Good enough for this setup?

I'm looking at RAM options for my computer, and where i'm shopping i see some Good PC-6400 800Mhz RAM (I'm thinking Crucial Balistix)

I have a Q9450 Processer, will have some sort of X38 chipset board not a ultra cheap one either.

I would like to have the possibility of a FSB of 450 Mhz, and I know that would put RAM in 1:1 mode at 900 Mhz.

Now my question is, will good crucial or kingston 800 Mhz RAM do that, or do I have to track down some 1066 RAM? I'm probably going to run 2x 2GB (4GB) worth of RAM, and I'm finding 1066 Kits to be uncommon at some sites such as New Egg. I'm just wondering if the PC2-6400 800 Mhz would likely be good enough for a 450 FSB overclock at 1:1 ratio. It would be good quality RAM such as the Crucial Balistix with heat spreader ect.

Most quality rams can handle 900MHz FSB. Some require you to reduce timings to 5-5-5-15. There is no noticable performance impact from this.
If you want 900MHz at tight timings go for a 1066kit (Corsair, Crucial, Geil, Mushkin, ...). The benefits are minimal to none.

Most 1066mhz ddr2 kits are actually factory overclocked 800mhz models, and will default back to 800mhz on some motherboards unless you set it manually. If you do decide to go 1066, keep this in mind and look carefully.

Most quality 800mhz ram can be overclocked to 1066mhz. I use 8gb of this 800mhz ddr2 ram. Stresstest stable at 1066mhz, but only at a loose 5/5/5/18 timing. Some of the more expensive models should do better.
