Dell UltraSharp 22" 2208WFP

I am really considering this monitor because I have bought dell monitors before (19") and I really liked it. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience or owns this monitor. I was wondering how you like it / dislike it. What are the settings you use on it?

I'm going to get that or the Samsung 226BW soon.
Just be sure not to get the Dell with the E in front of the model #. e meaning economy.

Owned this monitor for two years; have had no problems; used in combination with a Dell 19 inch LCD; Just ordered an ASUS LCD because the 24 inch wide from DELL; was just more $ by over $100; equivalent specs (actually speakers built into the AUSUS frame; DELL did not. I'll set it up tonight.

I seriously would suggest Dell 22' 2209WA, it is the King of 22' imo for its price. It is an IPS Panel, not TN with good response and input lag. 24' is another story.

I agree with Marshmallow - the 2209WA is the one to get.

All I can say is that I have a 20" Dell about 4 1/2 years old that is in perfect working order in the time I have owned it I have bought 2 Samsung monitors that have died after 2 1/2 (22" wide) and almost 4 years (19" 4x3).
