Why do I get random IE errors for sites I use often. (Internet Explorer cannot d

I get this error sometime when I try to go to some sites. (Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage) These are not links, these are sites like vistaprint.com. Is it the site or my computer???

Is that clear enough or do you need more info?
