I have a Sapphire x1950GT video card. This card has a known issue where the factory fan speed was set to high (72%) by the manufacturer. Sapphire has a Bios fix for it which offers more sensible fan settings but I can't figure out how to load it.

How do you flash the Bios on a video card?
