Set a Windows PW while i was mad at my wife, forgot what i put

Hey guys, I set a Admin PW on my comp when the wife and I were argueing and for the life of me I cannot remember what I put in, I have tried all of my work pw's and everything, I think I may have miss keyed or something maybe, Anyone know how to get it off? I am so glad I didnt hit lock Like I was going to, Only reason I didnt is because I ran into the other room when I was abou to, To make a point to her.

I have heard befor that it has to be done from the MB, I have a Asus p5n-e sli mobo if anyone needs to know.
