Hi,

Can anyone recommend a basic wireless print server for IP printing? From the client PCs I just want to be able to point them to the IP address or DNS name of the print server, like I can do say with an Ethernet Jetdirect or similar.

Sorry if this is too basic a question. I thought it would be straightforward to find out, but checking out the online documentation on several types leaves me none the wiser. For example manual for the HP "JETDIRECT 2101NW" only covers the use of their special software to manage connection to the printer, leaving me wondering if its really more of a wireless USB extender rather than a normal print server.

I don't want to buy something then find I've got to clutter up our PCs with yet more special software.

Thanks in advance, Tony S
