If somebody can give me some instructions how to overclock with the M.B.I.T bios as nobody so far has been able to explain to me how, bear in my mind i am also a beginner in this field so please explain thoroughly

Specs

Q9550
vista ultimate 64
8 gig PI ram
gigabyte x48t-dq6

and i think thats all the info you may need

the vid is 1.2375

Almost always, trying to use the various manufacturer-provided overclocking "tools" just ends in tears. You'll need to set the setting yourself directly in the BIOS. Check out the excellent overclocking guides and info found in the Overclocking forum sticky posts.

BIOS is ALWAYS the best way to go.
