Hello all, about a year back my friend gave me a Fujitsu MAT3300NP 300 Gigabyte SCSI 10,000 RPM Hard Drive. Along with it is an Adaptec PCI-X controller card and cable. I have no use for any of this stuff, so I was wondering what I might get for selling it. I see them on the internet going anywhere from $270 to $900 new. Any help is appreciated as I am looking to sell it on eBay or somewhere similar.

the competition for the Fujitsu - if that's a 300 GB fast SCSI drive - is the 300 GB Velociraptor

i looked at the Adaptec website recently. i didn't see any PCI-X products.

they used to have PCI-X Adaptec 29160 & 29320, i have one of the 29160's in an old server case, about 6 years old.

sometimes people who have legacy systems are willing to pay $$ to keep them going. websites like compgeeks.com or pacificgeek.com sell older hardware like that for sale, they might have a comparable model number to the one you got.
