Hello all. I'm having problems with my newly built pc. Here's my current issue. When running graphics-intensive applications (games, etc),
the system either freezes or shuts down the application. 3DMark06 CPU tests show 0 or 1 fps and in triangle tests the first couple are bad
as well, 1 or 2 fps. Everything else (all the graphics tests) looked fine as far as I could tell. I'm trying to run the pc on manufacturer settings and not overclock (I know, I'm posting in the OC forum but hope to get better help here). Can I get some help on settings for my CPU problem? I'm also looking for tips on other BIOS settings as well. Here's my setup and readings with CPU-Z and Asus Probe II, with my BIOS settings as well. Thanks in advance for the help.

Case temps? I see you have a factory OC's 280, my factory OC'd 8800gt puts tons of heat. I could only imagine a 280 would put more heat into the case. I would suspect something is overheating. Be it GPU, CPU, RAM or mobo, only testing can tell.
