how much would i be able to overclock e7200 on air. would i be able to get it to 3.5ghz stable?

Yes, some people have gotten them to 4ghz on air. I'm not guaranteeing it, I'm just saying it's possible.

You can get 3.4-3.6 with stock cooler, more with a better cooler.

Every CPU's different and all that, but my E7200/M0 runs at 3.44, stable so far, on non-stock air. I hear the M0's one of the best revisions, and if you're not working off of a 45mm copy I have no clue. Still, if you've got an ok copy, a non-stock HS, a mobo that lets you OC, and some patience, yeah, 3.5 on air should be completely doable. I'd actually suggest 400MHz fsb/9x multiplier for 3.6GHz if your ram can handle it (mine can't... sigh).
