Every CPU's different and all that, but my E7200/M0 runs at 3.44, stable so far, on non-stock air. I hear the M0's one of the best revisions, and if you're not working off of a 45mm copy I have no clue. Still, if you've got an ok copy, a non-stock HS, a mobo that lets you OC, and some patience, yeah, 3.5 on air should be completely doable. I'd actually suggest 400MHz fsb/9x multiplier for 3.6GHz if your ram can handle it (mine can't... sigh).
