Hi
 
I'm looking for a good and cheap EEPORM writter, it must be able to write 32pin PLCC chips, the chip design most boards use today
 
Does anyone know where I can get one, and possible empty chips
 
As you might have guessed it's for saving failed BIOS updates and suchs
