I purchased the Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Dual Core Processor and plan on overclocking, but I am debating on my mobo.

Newegg has the ABIT IX38 Quad GT LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard for $220 - $90 rebate = $130 + $8 shipping. I can get the IP35 Pro for about the same price. Any suggestions on which one I should purchase?

X38 runs at 1600mhz fsb natively, and oc reliably to 2000mhz. P35 runs at 1333mhz fsb natively, and oc reliably to 1600mhz. 1600mhz = 3.6ghz for 9x multiplier cpus.

The X38 is far superior for overclocking. That is some deal you found, good job.
