Why are some photos blank with a red x on facebook

Hi, why over the last week have i got issues with all pictures on facebook and ebay being blank with a red x....
Some advice would be appreciated.

Are the pictures not loading on ONLY Facebook and Ebay, or is it every webpage. Did you change any of the settings inside of your web browser?

When you see those red X's, it means the browser is not loading the pictures....much unlike the other logo with small files scrawled across it when signifies that the website is still trying to download the file.

hi! i think u must install a kind of software like new version of a adobe.
or maybe your cam need to install a driver to ur computer.

Have you tried to deactivate your account then reactivate it again?
