How to fix registry from memory stick

Hello,My computer wont get on the internet as soon as it loads it nocks me back off it said i had a few problems with the registry as well as server problems i fixed some with a memory stick so is there a way to reboot computer with a memory stick to install win xp i really dont know what to do

You need to provide a bit more info here. Are you just trying to re-install Windows now or trying to fix your issues? Did you have a virus of spyware issue?

There are guides out there on how to setup XP from a flash drive, do a web search and you'll find them.
