Can anyone tell me the difference between the Sound Blaster X-Fi Elite Pro and this one? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6829102018

It seems to me that they look exactly the same, and have the exact same specifications and descriptions, but the one from newegg is a LOT cheaper than the other one. Any thoughts?

WOW what an amazing deal you just found there! That headset alone retails for $35-45, add to that the $50 rebate and the X-Fi Elite Pro is only costing you $40. Again... WOW :) If I didn't already have a sound card and a headset on the way I would've jumped on that.

Yeah i was thinking so, I wonder what the difference could be however because they have different product numbers. It seems that only new egg has that card+headphone bundle. Maybe it is an OME exclusive or something

Nice steal. I like mine though. The X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Fatality Pro series. Its great with sound quality and runs everything easily. So I am sure the one you found will be awesome and thats s steal too.

Only thing is mine has Fatalitys symbol in a glowing red LED that shows through the window.
