i have buying new motherboard giga P35 DS3L rev2.0

i want to match it with intel E8400, can or not?

I just built my system this week with those.
I got the rev.2.0 bios F7 (8400 was recognized no problem)
bios F8a is the one that supports Wolfdale so I upgraded to it, no issues either

Yes, GA-P35-DS3L support Intel E8400 since BIOS version F8a. The latest BIOS version is F8f and it works fine.
