Which motherboard shall I get with my soon to be Intel E8400 OC'd system? Here is my current Video Card and RAM
XFX PVT88GYDD4 GeForce 8800GTS (G92) 512MB Alpha Dog, OCZ Reaper HPC Edition 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR2 800 (PC2 6400))

The top two X38/48 boards will let you overclock e8400 as far as it is willing to go. The bottom two can reliably oc to 3.6ghz, likely more, but it's not guaranteed.
