Hello, I want to format my hard drive currently using Vista completely and then I will install Win 7 when it is in the new PC I plan to build. The problem is I no longer have the vista disks one would normally use to reformat the drive. Is there a way to format without the disk and wipe everything or is there a better process to do this?
