The following are 2 possible answers to your problem. 1/ Have you deleted a file lately from from your Start Folder , possibly using Msconfig ??? .... or maybe a virus did so unknown to you. 2/ Have you re-named a file lately ???? If you have done so , try re-naming it back to the original name , and rebooting your PC. I remember 2/ is what I had to do … just hope it solves your problem.
