Yesterday when I logged on to my computer, I was just reading the news and all of the a talk radio station came on. I have tried everything I know to get rid of it. Re-installed my audio drivers. Turned off Quicktime, realplayer, windows media player etc etc. The only thing that will turn it off is turning off I.E.8

Then it must have been playing through IE8. There is a red "X" button near the top, right of IE8. Click that next time.
