Whats up guys?

I built this PC last October;

Q6600 @ 2.4 gHz
8800 GTS 640mb
Gigabyte ds3r mobo
2 gb ram
Vista 32 mb

The other day I restarted my PC and it was stuck on the Gigabyte motherboard screen that normally lasts only 2-3 seconds for 10 minutes. Once my pc is on it runs perfect, but this one thing is annoying me. What could the problem possibly be?

check bios settings, enable quick boot.
