Which cooling paste is the best one for a Core 2 Quad 2.4?

Just tell me the model name and i will buy it.

I don't know if it matters, but my CPU will be overclocked.

Arctic Silver 5 seems to be a popular choice.

silver is great stuff and its flexible - if your not going to build the system fast and the cpu cooler will get knocked alot this is best

i have started to like the mx-2 i must admitt. again this stuff dries fast and is not very flexible once its applied and heat a short time

I use Arctic Silver Ceramique, better cooling (Compared to Arctic Silver 5) after curing process is over and isn't conductive, so no worries of shorting anything in case I spill over something (Which is a concern mostly on graphics cards).

Tried both Arctic Silver and Shin Etsu - My computer ran 3 degrees cooler across the board with Shin.

The more I read the forums, the more I feel that a number of individuals would be well served by skipping their next GPU purchase in favor of a little "Stress relief" from the local 'Working Girls'"
