Will a ddr3 memory card work in a ddr2 mother board

I would like to know if my DDR3 memory card will work in a DDR2 mother board?

That is not memory card its RAM, DDR3 RAM is not work with DDR2 board but some companies like gigabyte offering the combo RAM board that support both DDR2 And DDR3

Different RAM types are NOT interchangeable. DDR, DDR2 and DDR3 are physically different.. they simply will not fit in another type's slot.
