Hi,
Drive’s C: and D: are both internal SATA drives connected to the Mobo.
H: drive is a USB 2.0 flash drive.
The file I am using for testing is 300MB…
Copy file from C: to H: takes about 15 seconds (good)
Copy file from D: to H: takes about 15 seconds (good)
Copy file from D: to C: takes about 2.5 seconds (good)
Copy file from C: to D: takes 8 minutes !!!! : (
I did a chkdsk on both drives and they passed fine. Any idea what can be causing this anomaly? I don’t think it’s the sata cables.
This problem has been bugging the crap out of me so much that I did a wipe and reload about a month ago and it didn’t help.
