I have a HP m7580 Pavalion.. I have a noisy fan and i want to get rid of it also because my soon to be bought Nvidia 9600 GT wont support a 300 Watt psu.. I want to know which one is recommended for that certain card and how to know if it will fit my case

Hmm... under $50 is kind of a tough choice. For $20 more you can get this:

1.Open your HP m7580 Pavalion and have a look and see...
2. 80+ PSU under 50e or £ or $ ??? Under 50$ that will be hard one...

i think i'll go with the 70$ thermaltake one then :) but i want to know wy my computer is making so much noise :-/ its clean inside i checked but its extremely loud (Jet plane Stylin') :( is there any way to lower the rotations per second in the meanwhile?

1. Bios settings ok?
2. You can use zalman RS100 to lower your fan speed.... but look temps

man - you don't know noisy till you've heard a 2900 XT or pro, now THOSE are jet planes (can hear mine through 2 layers of wall, when on about 70% speed :P)

Finding a "good" PSU (at least tier-3, preferably 2) for only $50 can be a daunting task, but deals are sometimes available.
