Probably but only in Compatibility Mode to emulate an earlier verison of Windows. You won't find out without installing so do that and right click it and go to Properties then to Compatibility, select XP and see what happens.

Almost certainly. Windows x64 will automatically convert a 32-bit application to 64-bit at runtime, so almost all 32-bit software will run without problems.
