Windows X64 has a "Readme.htm" file in the root directory of the disc. In part, it will read:

"Readme for Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition

For important information that you should know before you install this product, see Pre-installation Notes for the x64-based Versions of the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Operating Systems." (and it goes on from there).

A 64-bit Windows XP DVD has printed upon it "Professional x64 Edition".
