Graphic Drivers dont load........

As the title says. I overclocked my q6600 to 3.33ghz, and apart from windows taking slightly longer to load, when it does it doesn't load the graphics drivers. There's no info in rivatuner and i cant change vista back to the aero theme. But everything else works fine.

Any ideas why it would do that?

oh @ 3ghz they load but 3.1ghz+ they dont.
