Ok so i got a virus a few days ago. It was fake security suite and trojan downloader. I ran an Avast boot scan and full system scan. Also ran malwarebytes and Windows Malicious Software tool scans and thought i cleaned them. Today when i logged in it said i had some error with my personalized desktop and now its created a new user called Owner.anonymous but the old user still exists. I've included a HijackThis scan. Anyone heard of this or know how I can fix it?

Trojans and viruses can stay hidden in restore points. turn off and clear restore points, before trying to get rid of the infection. They can also hide in temporary internet files. Dont forget to back everything up before you loose it. Also run Ccleaner after running your removal programs. (Use both the registry scan and file scan)
I ran CCleaner and deleated all the restore points. Also logged into the superadmin account and deleted the new account that it is logging me into. It recreated the account after the delete and logged me back into it. I also have ran both scans and ccleaner from the super admin account.
