Hello,I picked up a windows vista at a sale and all of it's files and the administrator are still on it,how do I get them off

Hello,I picked up a windows vista at a sale and all of it's files and the administrator are still on it,how do I get them off

I wish I could confirm the validity of this, but find it hard to believe someone left all their files on a computer they sold.
