Anyone have a preference for one of these boards can can explain why?  Im going to put my old E6600, Tuniq 120, 8800GTX and Geil DDR2 800 ram on one of em I think.

Will there be any problems with the ram on either of them?  The tuniq 120?

Do they overclock similarly?  Is there a better board around the same price?

Thanks!

Benchmarks rated all x38 boards to overclock the same, and didn't find any difference between brands. I picked the Gigabyte board because it was cheaper at the time. Oced Q6600 to 4ghz stable without even having to increase chipset voltage, which is pretty impressive. The Asus board should probably do as well. With your E6600, the cpu itself would be the oc bottleneck, and not motherboard.
