im planning on getting a new system, and still cant settle on what mobo i want
 
just asking ppls opinion on the EX38-DS4, im getting an E8400, and plan to overclock as much as i can
 
so is this a decent motherboard for overclocking, and just good quality in general?

Other than the x48 board, you can't get any higher for oc performance. And x48 only offer marginally higher performance for much higher price.

There is no difference between "X38" and "EX38" models, other than EX38's power saving features, which is basically useless for overclockers anyway.
