NZXT H2 Front fans not spinning

I've got two 3-pin female connectors coming from the front panel of the case plugged into CHA FAN2 and CHA FAN3 on my MB and yet neither of the fans on the front of the case spins up when I power on. The rear fan (4-pin plugged into CHA FAN1) seems to do just fine.

MB BIOS settings don't reveal any noticeable difference between the fan1 and fan2-3 settings. I'm wondering if there's a power cable coming from the front panel that I didn't connect properly. Anyone have experience (and maybe pictures) wiring up the H2?

Maybe? I have yet to find a good resource that explains how to wire the front panel, and I can't trace any of the cabling through the body.

I figured it out, and I think you were right. The cables are coming from the fan controller, not the fans like I had assumed. They need to be attached to sockets that are located on the front of the case, on the cable management side. With those connected and a 4-pin power cable from the PSU plugged into the string running from the top of the case, everything is running properly.
