Wot do you guys think? Thinking of switching from ThermalTake ToughPower 700W to OCZ 600W.

Based off reviews I've read I would say that the ThermalTake ToughPower 700W would be quieter.
ThermalTake ToughPower 700W 16dB at 1300RPM
