im going to build a gaming computer soon. which one of thses is better?

None of them are ideal. The 2x1gb sticks have lower timings, but they're 2x1. 2x2 sticks have poor timing.

 

Consider those, both 2x2 sticks:
1066mhz, 5/5/5/15 timing at 2.0v

800mhz, 5/4/4/12 timing at 2.0v, easily overclockable to 1066mhz

the a-data has a 4 gig kit (2x 2gb) with a timing of 4-4-4-12 for $80. great deal.

It's good. Although you can get better timing at that price.
