Ok so Im building a budget gaming machine and need to know what is the best memory I should use in it?

From reviews and reading posts it seems the gains from buying anything beyond DDR2 800.

Here is what I am looking at:

OCZ Platinum XTC REV.2 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL4-4-4-15 240-Pin DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit
http://redflagdeals.pricecanada.co [...] 2P800R22GK

$30 AR x 2 cause I think Ill go for 4 gbs of ram although I hear people passionately debating both the 2gbs side and the 4gbs side cause of windows not recognizing it all. Anyone really truly know if 4 is worth it?

Many rebates are limited to one per customer, so you might not get that price for 2 sets.

Whilst I am not trying to dissuade from making your purchase, be aware that those modules may not run at the timings advertised.
