Evga 780i
Evga 8800gt
intel 8400
Pc Power and Cooling 610 PSU

Nobody can. We don't know your ambient temp. Google "Core Temp".

depends on the size of your case, just let it run idle and under load, make sure your cpu never goes over 70°C

In the BIos under system monitor it has the CPU at 23C.  The MB was at 24C.

Because Mike Rowe said so!

That's a cool temp. I wouldn't worry about it to much until you get an OS on it.

MAN THAT BIOS CAN REALLY HIT A CPU HARD :D
