Building my first rig ever, going to be mostly for gaming purposes. Here's what I have so far:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400

Graphics: EVGA GeForce 8800GTS (G92)

All of them are good

But i say go for ASUS P5K-E WIFI instead
It has the exact same features of P5K DELUXE (With the exception of one less gigabit lan + one less copper) and its cheaper

May want to consider droping down to a 8800 GT. From what i've read on THG there's not much of a performance gap between the 8800 GT/GTS to justify the price. If you got the money to blow or are going to run SLI then might be worth it but up to you. Here's the article that talks about it and you can get the 8800 GT for about $150 now if you catch a sale...
