Can you help me get my normal screen back to see everything

i can,t see all the letters on my screen .when i was playing games i only saw half of them . can you help me

Did things get bigger or smaller or did the colors change?

Right click on your desktop-->properties-->settings-->try adjusting your screen resolution.
