Hello, My computer crashed and they reformatted i can find quicken 207 but cant recover quicken 210 home & business. Help!

If you OS and data were on the same partition, you are lucky to have recovered anything after they reformatted your HDD. If you made a data backup to another HDD or other media, you can use that to restore your files, you will still have to re-install your programs.
